Content License Agreement

AiPPT provides content used in your design process, including photos, icons, illustrations, videos, fonts, and templates (content). If you export an AiPPT design containing content, you agree to be bound by this content license agreement, AiPPT privacy policy, and AiPPT terms of use.The definition terms used in this agreement have the meanings given in our terms of use.

1. Basic knowledge

AiPPT provides content used in your design process, including photos, icons, illustrations, videos, fonts, and templates (content). By using content fragments in AiPPT design, you will be subject to this agreement.

• If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please do not use any content.

• AiPPT reserves the right to cancel or change the license granted in this agreement. We reserve the right to replace content with alternative content.

• All content on AiPPT is protected by international copyright. AiPPT and its contributors reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in this license. This includes all copyrights and intellectual property rights.

2. Allow the use of all content on AiPPT

This agreement allows you to use AiPPT that contains content to perform the following operations:

• Invitations, advertisements and promotional items, including printed materials for promotion and/or resale, product packaging, demonstrations, film and video demonstrations, advertisements, catalogues, pamphlets, greeting cards and postcards, without any restriction on the number of copies;

• School or university projects;

• Social media posts or personal data pictures;

• Decorative background on personal computers or mobile devices;

• Design templates for use only on AiPPT;

• Entertainment applications, such as books and book covers, magazines, newspapers, editorials, current affairs communications, and videos, broadcasts, and drama demonstrations of unlimited printed materials;

• Online or electronic publications, including web pages, blogs, e-books and videos;

• Prints, posters (hard copies) and other replicas used for personal or promotional purposes, resale, licensing or other distribution;

• Any other use approved in writing by AiPPT.

3. No use

You must not use any free or professional content on AiPPT to perform the following operations:

• Sub-licensing, reselling, leasing, lending, transferring, donating or otherwise transferring or distributing content or rights granted under this content license agreement (in accordance with Article 5);

• Use any content as part of the trademark, design mark, trade name, enterprise name or service mark (excluding font);

• Use the content marked "for editing only" for any commercial, promotional, recognized, advertising or promotional purposes. In this agreement, the content "for editing only" refers to the content related to events of news value or general concern, and explicitly excludes any advertising purposes (I .e., parts or supplements featured by brands and/or product names,Or part or supplement to the content you receive). Fees from third-party advertisers or sponsors);

• Notice of deleting any copyright, trademark or other exclusive rights from any content or AiPPT design;

• Use or display content separately on websites or other places that aim to induce or involve the sale, license or other distribution of "on-demand" products (including postcards, mugs, T-shirts, posters and other items);

• Use the content in the form of pornography, obscenity, immorality, infringement, slander or slander, or it is likely to ruin the reputation of any person or property reflected in the content;

• The way of using the content will make anyone described in the content suffer bad influence, or use the content in a way that may be disgusting-this includes but is not limited to the use of the following images: a) in pornographic content, "Adult Video" or similar content; B) in tobacco product advertisements; c) adult entertainment clubs or similar placesOr in the advertising or promotional materials of accompanying, dating or similar services; d) related to political endorsement; e) advertising or promotional materials of medicine or health care, herbs or medical products, including but not limited to dietary supplements, digestive additives, herbal supplements, personal hygiene or birth control products; f) using defamatory content,Or contain other illegal, offensive or immoral content, or violate any applicable industry standards or regulations.

• Use content in a competitive manner with the AiPPT business, including but not limited to displaying content in any format (including thumbnails) for download or export on the website, or providing content for sale;

• Use the content for editing purposes without including the following sources next to the content or in the audio/video producer list:©[Insert contributor name], from AiPPT.com;

• Merge content into any product, resulting in redistribution or reuse of content, or other provision so that people can extract, access, or copy content as an electronic file;

• If the content contains the source code, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the source code;

• Use or display content in electronic format so that it can be downloaded, exported or distributed through mobile devices, or shared in any point-to-point or similar file sharing arrangement;

• Use or display the content to leave an impression that the content is created by you or someone other than the copyright owner of the content (including but not limited to declaring the ownership or exclusive right of the content);

• Use the content for any machine learning and/or artificial intelligence purposes, or for any technology designed or designed to identify natural persons.

4. Prohibit the use of font software

AiPPT includes a font software program ("font software") that can generate human readable font designs. In addition to the prohibition in Article 9, the following use of font software is prohibited:

• Install or use font software on any device, except for the device on which you access the correctly licensed AiPPT copy;

• Use font software other than AiPPT and/or as an integrated component of AiPPT design exported from AiPPT;

• Modify, change, or convert font software;

• Take any action that causes or aims to lead to access to the source code of font software, unless permitted by law, and is only for the purpose of implementing interoperable programs.

5. Violation of this license and termination

• AiPPT will track your design and your account to ensure that you have not violated this license or any of our terms. This may include monitoring downloads and exports, keeping details of your AiPPT design, and tracking abuse of your user name and password. If you do violate this license,We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

• If your account is terminated due to violation of this license or abuse of your username or password, you will lose all rights to the content and AiPPT design, and you must immediately delete all content and AiPPT design obtained from AiPPT and confiscate all paid fees.

• You may terminate your content license by destroying the content and AiPPT design and any copies or files or accompanying materials (if applicable), and will no longer use the AiPPT design for any purpose. If you fail to comply with any of the terms of AiPPT, AiPPT may terminate these content licenses,Without prior notice. If this happens, you must immediately (I) stop using content and any AiPPT design containing content for any purpose;(ii) destroy or delete content and all copies and files of any AiPPT design containing content or accompanying materials;(iii) if required,Please confirm to AiPPT in writing that you have complied with these requirements.

6. Infringement claim

If you find a claim for infringement of the rights of others from AiPPT or elsewhere and AiPPT may be liable for this, you must immediately stop using the content at your own expense. This applies regardless of whether the claim is threatened, potential, or actual. You must also immediately delete or remove content from your site, computer systems, and storage (electronic or physical);Make sure that your customers, printers, or ISP do the same; And inform AiPPT as soon as possible by sending an email to The copyright@AiPPT.com.

7. Disclaimer

• Free content usually does not receive a letter of authorization, and some jurisdictions provide legal protection for personal images, portraits or property that do not provide a letter of authorization for commercial purposes. AiPPT does not grant any rights to the names, characters, trademarks, commercial appearances, logos, registered designs or the use of artworks or buildings described in the free content,There is no guarantee. You are solely responsible for determining whether any proposed use of free content requires Publishing and obtaining any such publishing.

• Although we have made reasonable efforts to correctly classify and set keywords, titles, and titles for content, AiPPT does not guarantee the accuracy of any metadata that may be provided in this information or content.

• You agree that the font software provided to you is free from any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranties of applicability for a particular purpose or marketability. You agree that there is no guarantee that the font software does not have any defects, errors or omissions when providing the font software. You agree that AiPPT or its suppliers (including font software suppliers) shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data loss or any other indirect, incidental or consequential damage to you or any other party under any circumstances.Any punitive or special damage, even if you have notified the product supplier and font software supplier of the possibility of such damage. This does not exclude any warranty that you may be entitled to but cannot be excluded under the applicable consumer law.

8. Additional Terms for Template Hub Content Usage

These terms apply to the use of content provided through AiPPT's Template Hub. In addition to complying with the general terms of the site, users agree to the following provisions when using templates or any derivative works based on those templates:

Scope of Templates

• AiPPT Templates currently include only internally produced content. Third-party designer templates may be added in the future. In the event that third-party templates are introduced, AiPPT will update this Agreement in a timely manner to inform users of the specific source, intellectual property ownership, and any additional usage restrictions applicable to such third-party templates.

Access and Usage

• Users may download up to two (2) templates per day for free. Downloads exceeding this limit will consume available downloads from the user's active AiPPT subscription plan. In the event of any changes, expiration, or termination of a subscription plan, AiPPT shall notify users in advance (no less than three (3) calendar days prior to the effective date of such change) regarding the impact on download entitlements.

Definitions

• AiPPT Templates: presentation templates made available for direct download from the AiPPT Template Hub, in either editable or non-editable formats, and used without modification.

• Editable Works: user-created or collaboratively created presentations based on AiPPT Templates, which have been altered, modified, or transformed in any way.

• Editable Format: a file format that allows modification of the content's elements (text, layout, images, etc.).

• Non-editable Format: a format where the content is read-only and cannot be directly edited.

• User Team: individuals belonging to the same organization or project group as the user, who collaborate on presentation content creation. When using templates collaboratively, the user shall clearly define the scope of the User Team and is responsible for informing all User Team members of the terms of this Agreement. AiPPT shall not be liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by the failure of the user to notify their User Team members.

Permitted Uses

• Users may download, edit, and transform AiPPT Templates to create customized presentations (Editable Works).

• Users may share templates and Editable Works in editable format with their User Team for collaborative purposes only.

• Editable Works in non-editable format may be distributed or published for personal, educational, enterprise, or internal marketing purposes, provided that such distribution does not allow third parties to extract or reuse the underlying editable template. When used for enterprise or internal marketing purposes, the distribution shall be strictly limited to internal employees or the intended audience of internal marketing activities, and shall not involve any external commercial promotion (including but not limited to promotional activities directed at non-enterprise clients).

• Editable Works in non-editable format may be shared via websites, blogs, social media, intranet, LMS, or e-learning platforms under attribution requirements.

• Users may publish Editable Works (in non-editable format) in online or digital publications, as long as they comply with the attribution requirements and do not license, resell, or redistribute the original template or editable source.

• Any additional use beyond these permitted cases must be pre-approved in writing by AiPPT. If such approval is granted, both parties shall enter into a supplemental agreement specifying the scope of use, applicable fees (if any), and other relevant terms.

Prohibited Uses

• Resale, redistribution, sub-licensing, or transfer of AiPPT Templates or Editable Works (in editable format or as derivative works) to any third party.

• Separation and use of individual elements (icons, photos, illustrations, etc.) extracted from a template outside of the template context.

• Use of templates or content without proper attribution unless a subscription allows for attribution-free usage.

• Implying affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by AiPPT without express written consent.

• Using templates or Editable Works as part of any downloadable asset packs, template bundles, or databases intended for resale, distribution, or to replace access to AiPPT's website.

• Use of template content (in whole or in part) as or within trademarks, logos, or in any manner that could cause confusion regarding authorship or origin.

• Use of template content to train or enhance any machine learning, AI model, or similar technology. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to: inputting template content into machine learning models for training purposes; using template content to optimize or improve AI model algorithms; or employing AI models to simulate the style of template content for the generation of new content.

• Use of templates or content in any defamatory, obscene, immoral, misleading, or unlawful manner, including but not limited to:

  Adult content, escort services, political propaganda. Political propaganda must comply with the laws and regulations of the user's country/region. Any political propaganda that violates national laws, endangers national security, or disrupts public order is strictly prohibited;

  Advertising of medical, health, weight-loss, or sexual wellness products. Such advertisements must comply with the advertising-related laws and regulations of the user's country/region (e.g., medical advertisements must obtain the necessary approval documents). AiPPT shall not be liable for any legal responsibility arising from the user's violation of applicable advertising laws;

  Any other use that may be considered discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive.

Termination of License

• If a user fails to comply with any of the above terms, all rights granted under this license will terminate automatically.

• Upon termination, users must immediately cease using all AiPPT Templates and Editable Works and destroy any copies in their possession. "Destroying any copies" includes but is not limited to: deleting electronic copies stored on computers, mobile devices, or cloud storage, and destroying paper copies (if any). Upon AiPPT's request, users must provide proof of such destruction.

Non-Commercial Use License

• For clarity, "Non-Commercial Use" refers to use of AiPPT Templates or Editable Works strictly for non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

  Personal Learning and Research: Preparing study materials, research analysis, or academic reports, without any commercial benefit. "Without any commercial benefit" means that the user shall not directly or indirectly obtain monetary income, material rewards, or any other form of commercial advantage from such use.

  Internal Work or Learning Communication: Within organizations (companies, institutions, clubs) for internal training, progress reporting, or knowledge sharing, without external commercial distribution.

  Personal Work and Achievement Display: Presenting non-commercial personal creations or achievements (e.g., portfolios, learning outcomes, personal reports).

  Work Output for Specific Recipients: Sharing project plans, reports, or summaries with colleagues, supervisors, or clients, without commercial transaction or profit. Sharing with clients must be strictly for communicating work content and shall not be used as a means to promote commercial transactions (e.g., creating promotional materials to attract business).

  Education and Teaching: Classroom instruction, student project reports, academic exchange activities, or internal training, excluding any paid courses or commercial teaching. "Paid courses or commercial teaching" refers to courses charging tuition fees to students or teaching activities conducted to obtain commercial benefits, including collaborations with enterprises for profit.

  Charity and Non-Commercial Lectures: Non-profit presentations, public lectures, or knowledge-sharing events, without charging fees or receiving sponsorship. "Receiving sponsorship" refers to obtaining monetary or material support from third parties related to the activity, which may affect its non-commercial nature. If sponsorship is involved, the activity is considered commercial use and requires prior written approval from AiPPT.

  Sharing on Social or Personal Channels: Non-commercial sharing via social media, personal websites, blogs, or newsletters, without selling or monetizing templates. "Monetizing templates" includes, but is not limited to: charging users to access shared templates, inserting commercial advertisements within the shared template content to generate revenue, or using the templates to promote other commercial products or services for profit.

• Any commercial use beyond the scope above requires explicit written approval from AiPPT. If a user's commercial use application is approved, both parties shall enter into a Commercial Use License Agreement specifying the scope of use, licensing fees, usage period, and liability for breach of terms.
