Please first confirm whether you previously purchased a one-time membership. You can check this by going to Account Settings and reviewing the "Flat-fee plan" section. If you see a membership badge there, it means you have purchased a one-time membership, and you do not need to cancel any subscription. However, if you see a membership badge under the "Subscription" section in Account Settings, you can cancel your subscription there.

You can upgrade your membership by clicking the "Upgrade" button located at the top right corner of the dashboard or by navigating to the Account Settings section. If you're considering downgrading from a higher-tier membership (e.g., Pro) to a lower-tier one (e.g., Plus), we recommend that you first cancel your current Pro subscription. Once the remaining period concludes, you can then purchase the Plus membership. For users with a Lifetime Membership, there's no need to purchase any additional plans.
